Forgiveness: Let It Go
Mahatma Gandhi said, “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” This rings true. It’s not always easy to move beyond hurtful feelings when someone has wronged you. But, research shows practicing forgiveness has many benefits.
