When you’re feeling down and out…

The feeling is difficult to overthrow like the Yoke from the neck of a pair of strong OxEn in a field.

I am advised bed rest for a few days for the same lump, sciatica like shifting pains, spasms, heavy cough, congestion in chest and infections leading to high fever.
