    1. Thank you. I was a fan of siestas post my retirement. Doctors advised against as I started sleeping for long hours and started gaining weight. Now I follow – walk a mile after lunch – take a power nap – Yoga Nidra of 5 to 15 minutes and be back. It is very refreshing. Regards. Jay
