  5. Know someone going through something you’ve been through? Give them advice
  6. Open the door for someone
  7. Support a small, local business as a customer
  8. Know someone who is not coping very well? Give them a call
  9. Be proactive – sign a petition for a good cause
  10. Feeling inspired? Make a meal for your family or roommates
