1. There’s No I in Team Meaning: To not work alone, but rather, together with others in order to achieve a certain goal.  Technology and Virtual Assistants are also our partners – if Human intelligence does not work – Use Techint. 
  2. In the Red Meaning: Losing money. Being in debt. But still, people do not leave attitudes and bad behaviour.  
  3. A Fool and His Money are Soon Parted Meaning: It’s easy for a fool to lose his/her money.  Quite true. Has happened to me. 
  4. You Can’t Judge a Book By Its Cover Meaning: Don’t judge someone or something only by the outward appearance.  True. This is why Trusting at first glance or first few meetings, calls is also not prudent to judge character.  Bad character takes time to surface/ re-surface. 
  5. Beating Around the Bush Meaning: Someone who is beating around the bush is someone who avoids the main point.  Deflection, deception, changing topic, avoidance, quietude, break in communications are some of the new methods I have seen being adopted. 
  6. Down To The Wire Meaning: A tense situation where the outcome is decided only in the last few seconds.  Yes. I faced this yesterday. I knew it was a trap, smelled it at the last minute and accordingly responded. 
  7. Son of a Gun Meaning: A person, usually one who is behaving badly.  Yes, at times it is good to be the Bully and stop badly behaving people in their tracks rudely, without any semblence of being apologetic or being ashamed. 
  8. Fight Fire With Fire Meaning: To retaliate with an attack that is similar to the attack used against you.  Usually, I do not have retaliation or vengeance on my mind, It is a wastage of time, money and efforts. 
  9. Knuckle Down Meaning: Getting sincere about something; applying oneself seriously to a job. I need to do this to my failed weight reduction plan and my Udemy certification plans.
