  1. Feeling brave? Give blood
  2. Know someone going through something you’ve been through? Give them advice
  3. Go the day without complaining
  4. Make an effort to get to know someone you don’t usually talk to
  5. Give up your seat on the tube/bus
  6. Lend a friend a book you think they’d like
  7. Visit a friend who’s sick
  8. Start the day right – make breakfast for everyone
  9. Help somebody with a chore they need done!
  10. Feeling inspired? Make a meal for your family or roommates

You may have read some of the Acts before – it is good to repeat the ones we like doing most and those which others like most.
